Financial Services Analyst - Rio De Janeiro

• Previous experience in a sales focused environment is essential, along with a professional, confident telephone manner.
• Analyse and prepare financial operations/statements, maintain accurate records in database, generating of reports and follow-ups of client's investment portfolios, monitoring performance, updating spreadsheets of client's investments and funds.
• Will also follow up clients pending list weekly.

The position also entails the use of interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with Private Banking clients and good communication skills to deal with internal and external customers.

• Strong Excel required (macro, VBA and pivot tables).
• Be focussed and respect deadlines
• Knowledge of investment policies, financial control and accounting analyses.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
